Existence can be transformed —
there is no need to wait through infinite lifetimes.
If you have an intense understanding,
if you pour your whole effort, your energy, your very being into understanding it —
In that very intensity,
suddenly a light will burst within you.
A flame, like lightning,
will rise from your very existence.
And in that flash, all of your past and all of your future
will spread open before your sight.
You will understand what has happened,
what is happening,
what is going to happen.
Suddenly, everything becomes clear.
— Osho
Tantra: The Supreme Understanding
Your GuidesWe Walk This Journey with You
Uttam & Toshan
Uttam and Toshan, the two have nurtured love and trust through meditation for more than twenty years. Their way of being — honoring each other’s freedom — is itself a living teaching of Tantra.
A relationship between man and woman is not defined by particular forms or labels such as romance or marriage. They remind us that there is a tantric way of being that transcends conventional limits.
As your guides on this journey, the two of us feel deeply joyful to walk with you into the heart of Buddha Tantra — into Nepal, its very source.
Bodhi Uttam
Born into a Brahmin family in Bihar, India, Uttam grew up in a deeply spiritual environment of strict vegetarianism, silent meals, and daily practices of inner purification.
In 1991, he encountered the work of the mystic Osho, and in 1996 he took sannyas. From that moment, his exploration of the sacred deepened, and his meditation took on greater intensity.
Through more than 40 years of meditation and yoga, he discovered techniques of love, wisdom and transformation — uncovering the root causes of human suffering and sharing the bliss and joy that come with light and awareness.
In recent years he has been offering groups, seminars and one-on-one sessions throughout Asia and Europe.
He has walked sacred places from the Himalayas to South India, visited Japan many times to study with Zen masters, and even traveled to Bodhidharma’s cave in China — a devoted student and lover of Zen.
Atmo Toshan
Born and raised in Tokyo.
What is love? What is the self? What is the meaning of my life?
For more than thirty years, she searched intensely for these answers, yet was frozen by the fear of stepping outside society’s expectations.
It was as if a wild creature, caged inside her, cried out every night, while by day she wore the sheep’s clothing of a model student and respectable professional, putting forth her utmost effort to appear “normal.”
At the breaking point, she encountered Osho and Tantra — and was saved.
She took sannyas in 2002, and has since continued her exploration of Tantra. Sacred pilgrimage in India has become her life’s work.
Under the vision of Osho — the Indian mystic and master — she shares with Uttam the work of supporting the awakening of Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (nature) in those who seek.
Together with Uttam, she leads meditation retreats and courses rooted in Tantric meditation. A truly international Japanese woman, equally at home in Eastern depth and Western lifestyle.
She holds a degree in Philosophy and currently resides in Pune, India.

An InvitationAn Invitation to Nepal
This journey is an investment in your Buddha Nature
and in the wellness of your inner being.
The Vibration of Tantra
Nepal is a rare land where Shiva Tantra and Buddha Tantra dissolve into one. The vibrations of two great beings — Gorakhnath and Padmasambhava — still breathe in this land today.
To receive this vibration into your body, it is worth visiting Nepal at least once in your lifetime.
Download Buddha Tantra into the Body
On this journey, the essence of Buddha Tantra is received through both understanding (teachings) and experience (meditation), allowing it to permeate the body.
Not only understood by the mind, but received by the body — this is the heart of this pilgrimage.
Three Diamonds You Will Receive in Nepal
1. Lumbini — Birthplace of the Buddha
A place that opens the door of your own “Buddha Nature”.
2. The Source of Tantra
The temples of Shiva Tantra and Buddha Tantra, and the hidden cave where Padmasambhava entered into meditation.
3. The Samadhi of Shivapuri Baba
Here we receive his silence transmission in every dimension — body, mind, and soul — and download it into our being.
A Journey for the Body
The mind can understand everything
while sitting in a room.
But the body needs to actually go
to a place, and to be there.
Ten days of letting Nepal’s vibration
permeate your body.

HighlightsHighlights of This Pilgrimage
◆ Four Nights in Lumbini, the Sacred Birthplace
A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Over four full days, we slowly walk the Maya Devi Temple, the sacred pond, and the international monastery zone. The energy that breathes in the place of the Buddha’s birth permeates your body.
◆ Touching the Source of Buddha Tantra
A journey to embody the essence of Buddha Tantra in its source vibration. Through both understanding (teachings) and experience (meditation), we download the energy of these sacred sites.
◆ Walking the Ancient Praying City of Kathmandu
Kathmandu — where Hindu and Buddhist sacred sites coexist. We experience meditation in temples of both Shiva Tantra and Buddha Tantra.
And one more — we enter the hidden cave where Padmasambhava once meditated. A mystical site unmarked on any guidebook or tourist route, known only to those who know.
◆ Meditation at the Samadhi of Shivapuri Baba
In the forests just outside Kathmandu lie the ashram and samadhi of Shivapuri Baba — the great yogi sage of the 20th century. During our stay in Kathmandu, we visit this ashram at least twice, sitting in meditation to receive his teaching and energy. One of the Three Diamonds of this journey.
◆ Time with Uttam & Toshan
In our usual retreats and online courses in India or Japan, there is almost no opportunity to spend personal time with Uttam and Toshan outside of the formal work. On this pilgrimage, we walk together on the sacred path, meditate together, and share daily life — simply “being alongside” the two of them becomes the deepest learning of all.
